Terms of Service
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. The service
The service is software that executes token purchases and sales on your behalf according to settings you configure. It does not give advice, make decisions for you beyond the rules you set, or guarantee any outcome.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use automated trading software where you live. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations on any gains.
3. Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Your wallets and funds
You decide how much to deposit into sniper wallets and are solely responsible for funds you deposit and for every trade executed under your settings. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — we cannot undo, cancel or refund a transaction once it has been submitted.
5. Plans, payment and fees
Paid plans are purchased in cryptocurrency for the term selected at checkout. Time-limited plans end at the end of their term unless purchased again; lifetime plans remain active for as long as the service operates. Per-trade platform fees are shown on the pricing page and are deducted at execution. Because plans activate immediately upon on-chain confirmation, all payments are non-refundable. Prices and fees may change; changes don't affect a term you've already paid for.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service for market manipulation, wash trading or any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; reverse-engineer, overload or interfere with the service; or resell, share or sublicense your access.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service depends on blockchain networks, RPC providers and other third parties outside our control. Transactions can fail, land late or execute at a worse price than expected. We are not liable for losses caused by network congestion, outages, third-party failures or market conditions.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or any expectation of profit.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days before the claim arose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Funds in sniper wallets remain yours and can be withdrawn.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we need to run the service, and we don't sell your data.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address, username and a securely hashed password.
- Payment records — the plan you bought, the currency and the on-chain transaction ID.
- Trading activity — your settings, wallet addresses, and a history of the trades and skipped launches the service processed for you.
- Technical data — basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To operate your account, execute your trades, process payments, provide support, secure the service and prevent abuse. We may email you about your account, payments and important service changes.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (such as hosting, email delivery and blockchain infrastructure) or when required by law. Anything you do on a public blockchain — including wallet addresses and transactions — is public by nature and outside our control.
Retention and your choices
We keep account data while your account is active and delete it on request, except where we must keep records for legal or security reasons. You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion by contacting support.
Cookies and storage
We use only what's needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No advertising trackers.
Risk Disclosure
- Most new tokens fail. The majority of newly launched tokens lose most or all of their value, often within minutes or hours.
- Scams are common. Rug pulls, honeypots and malicious contracts are widespread. Filters reduce this risk but cannot eliminate it; a token can pass every check and still be a scam.
- Speed is not guaranteed. Network congestion, competing traders and infrastructure failures can cause transactions to fail, land late, or fill at a much worse price.
- Automation amplifies mistakes. Automated modes act without asking you. A poorly chosen setting can repeat a loss many times before you notice. Use spend caps.
- Liquidity can vanish. You may be unable to sell at any price.
- Past results mean nothing. Wins shared by others are not representative and don't predict future results.
- Not financial advice. Nothing on this site, in our community or from our staff is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.
